Average. I was not too happy with the delay in delivery without explanation of the problem.

Honest Service

At first I was sceptical about my purchase and even more so when my tyres couldn't be fitted the date I chose. 3 days later Thomas did come through after he had been in constant communication and responding effectively to my concerns. Tyres fitted, balanced and wheels aligned as promised. Im not sure if it was the lockdown that affected business but I am happy.
