It was easy enough ordering online and I was really pleased that I was contacted by you to tell me that the product I ordered wasn’t available but that you would provide me with a slightly more expensive tyre at the same price. I am grateful for that!
However, when I got to the dealership where my tyres were to be fitted, the place said that they had no idea about me being there. The owner then phoned around and made a plan and luckily everything was still done.
I would recommend having a better contact strategy with the staff of the dealership to where the tyres are going to avoid this confusion in the future!
Hi Ricardo, thanks for the feedback, my apologies for this. I am confused myself how there could have been this issue other than if Tonnesen Motors Head Office did not filter the information down to there dealership.
