I recommend this product

Mixed feelings, but positive overall

I am very impressed with the price and your fitment partner (BEST DRIVE CRESTA). I see TYRES.CO>ZA growing tremendously if you can fix your logistics problems. I had a booking for Tuesday, and planned accordingly. When no confirmation mail was received, I called Thomas who resolved it, but could only deliver on Wednesday. It was a small price to pay, but it did have me worried that I got scammed. My advice is for you to better manage expectations with customers. Rather give me an accurate delivery date. If you are unsure, it is best to give yourselves more time to get the product to the fitment centre. Advise the customer on the day of the transaction with an accurate, achievable delivery date. I will be using your service again soon (my wife's car needs tyres in a few months).
