Purchase through tyres.co.za

I was very concerned buying online as there is no personal contact. However I was contacted by Thomas Rundle (CEO of tyres.co.za) first by WhatsApp and then by personal call (on a Saturday). He assured me by purchasing online all would be 100%. I placed the order and received my confirmation on order acceptance and fitment. By Thursday the tyres were fitted and all went very well. Compliment to Thomas for his great service!

Good service with excellent response times

The website was quite user friendly to navigate and finding the product I wanted was a breeze. The communication from Tyres.co.za was prompt, I had to swop my preferred fitment partner for another, and they responded to my queries efficiently. Even going so far as to call the TWT consultant. Overall very good service and a very good experience. I will definitely be using them again.

Good for the most part

Working in tech, I can always appreciate innovation and purchasing tires online and arranging fitment is definitely something I can get behind. Only draw back was the tires arriving late resulting in some costly Uber rides as I had to be elsewhere and my order had not yet arrived.

HQ boksburg

Using the website is great and easy. Very happy with the feedback given and the overall quality of service. Just have to say that the sales staff at HQ Boksburg was not the friendliest when called on the phone or when I was there to fit the tyres, it seems that they are unhappy with the service used and not them directly but they can not match the great prices from tyres.co.za. No problem with the work done just the attitude of the staff. I will only buy tires from tyres.co.za in the future.
